    Yes. Around 60% of our NRI brides complete the entire commission remotely. We run video consultations, courier a measurement kit, share fabric and embroidery samples by video, and ship insured via DHL. The only optional in-person step is a single fitting during your India visit — most brides combine it with engagement or family functions.

    How long does shipping from Delhi to the USA take?

    Insured DHL Express delivers door-to-door in 5–7 working days to all major US cities (NJ, NY, TX, CA, IL, GA). We dispatch only after your final video approval and provide live tracking.

    What about US import duties on a bridal lehenga?

    US import duty on women's apparel typically ranges from 6% to 12% of declared value. We declare honestly and provide all paperwork; most brides pay duty directly to DHL on delivery. We share an exact USD estimate before dispatch.

    Do you accept payment in USD?

    Yes. We invoice in USD and accept international wire transfers to our HSBC India account. Payment is split across three milestones — booking, mid-build and pre-dispatch — so you only pay as the lehenga progresses.
